Job summary
The Health & Wellbeing Coordinator role at Magna Care Centre in Wimborne is a 12-month maternity cover position, working 16 hours per week including weekends. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering a range of activities and programs to promote the health and wellbeing of the residents. Main duties of the job
As the Health & Wellbeing Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and delivering a variety of activities and programs that promote the physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing of the residents at Magna Care Centre. This will involve developing and implementing personalized activity plans, organizing group activities, and coordinating with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to resident care. You will need to be creative, empathetic, and have a strong understanding of the unique needs of the elderly and those living with dementia.
