Job summary
Aria Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Senior Care Assistant to support both residents and staff in their everyday lives at their 41-bed Residential, Nursing & Dementia care Home in St Peter, Jersey. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will have the opportunity to take on a leadership role, encourage development and growth within your team, and contribute to the excellent care provided at the highly-rated L'Hermitage care home.
Main duties of the job
The Senior Care Assistant role at Aria Healthcare involves providing high-quality care and support to residents in a residential, nursing, and dementia care setting. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, medication administration, and supporting the wellbeing and independence of residents.
