Job summary
The Activities Co-Ordinator role at Aria Healthcare's L'Hermitage care home in St Peter, Jersey is responsible for creating and implementing engaging activities and programs that enhance the well-being and quality of life for the 41-bed residential, nursing, and dementia care facility. Main duties of the job
As an Activities Co-Ordinator, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and leading a variety of activities that cater to the diverse interests and abilities of the residents. This may include physical exercises, social events, arts and crafts, music, and outings. You will collaborate with the care team to ensure that each resident's individual needs and preferences are taken into account, creating a personalized and enriching experience. The role involves working closely with residents, their families, and the wider care team to develop and deliver a vibrant and varied activities program.

- Full time & Part Time - either 30 or 40 hours available.
- Alternate weekends required - main hours of work will be 9am - 5pm but longer hours may be required
- £15.60 per hour
