Aria Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Senior Care Assistant to support residents and staff at Hillview Court, a 48-bedded Learning Disability, Dementia & Nursing Home in Sauchie, Alloa. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support, while also taking on a leadership role and encouraging development within the team.
Main duties of the job
As a Senior Care Assistant at Aria Healthcare, you will be responsible for providing personalized care and support to residents with a range of needs, including learning disabilities, dementia, and nursing requirements. This role involves tasks such as assisting with daily living activities, monitoring and documenting residents' progress, and promoting their independence and wellbeing. The successful candidate will also be expected to take on a leadership role, mentoring and supporting junior care staff, and contributing to the overall improvement and growth of the team.
