Job summary
This is an exciting opportunity to join Aria Healthcare as a Kitchen Assistant at their Dormy House care home in Sunningdale, Berkshire. The home is a highly rated 88-bed residential, nursing, dementia, and palliative care facility, offering a rewarding and supportive work environment. As a Kitchen Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the catering team in providing high-quality meals and dining experiences for the residents.
Main duties of the job
As a Kitchen Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include food preparation, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, and assisting the catering team with various tasks. You will be expected to work 40 hours per week, including every other weekend. The role offers competitive pay at £12.21 per hour, as well as a range of benefits, including a Blue Light Discount Card, holiday and day out discounts, and long service awards.
