Job summary
The Clinical Deputy Manager role at Tall Trees, a 61-bedded Nursing and Dementia Home in Shipton-under-Wychwood, Oxfordshire, provides an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse to take on a leadership position. The home has a CQC rating of 'Good' and is highly rated by residents and their families. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and mentoring the clinical team, ensuring the delivery of excellent quality care and enhancing the well-being of the residents.
Main duties of the job
As the Clinical Deputy Manager, you will be a Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin, working 40 hours per week (28 hours supernumerary at 9-5 and 1 x 12-hour shift on the floor 8-8), with one weekend in four. You will be an effective communicator, able to build strong and honest relationships with residents and their families, and committed to delivering person-centred care that promotes independence and choice.
