Job summary
Aria Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to join their team at Southborough Nursing Home in Surbiton, Surrey. The home is a 45-bedded, residential, nursing, and dementia facility rated 'Good' by the CQC and highly-rated on Carehome.co.uk. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of the residents, providing personalized care and support to help them thrive.
Main duties of the job
As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting residents with their daily living activities, such as personal care, mobility, and social engagement. You will work closely with the nursing and care team to ensure the residents' physical, emotional, and social needs are met. The role requires working 36 hours per week, including night shifts from 8pm to 8am and alternate weekends.
