Job summary

Aria Healthcare is seeking a Head Housekeeper to lead a team of housekeeping staff and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in their 53-bed nursing, dementia, and residential home in Kincardine-on-Forth, Fife. This is a full-time, permanent role with a salary of £12.71 per hour and a variety of benefits, including a Blue Light Discount Card, Wagestream, holiday and days out discounts, long service awards, and a recognition programme.

Main duties of the job

As the Head Housekeeper, you will play a central role in making the home warm and inviting for the residents. You will lead a team of housekeepers to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and infection prevention control throughout the home. You will take great pride in creating a clean and welcoming environment for the residents to live in.
