Job summary

Aria Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join their team at Gildawood Court, a 60-bedded Residential, Dementia and Palliative Care Home in Nuneaton, Warwickshire. This is a full-time role working 48 hours per week on night shifts from 8pm to 8am. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting both residents and staff, demonstrating leadership and encouraging development within your team.

Main duties of the job

The Senior Care Assistant role involves providing high-quality care and support to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
