Job summary
The Health & Wellbeing Coordinator role at Knowle Park Nursing Home in Cranleigh, Surrey, is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of the residents. Main duties of the job
As the Health & Wellbeing Coordinator, you will work closely with the nursing and care teams to create and implement a comprehensive program of activities and events that cater to the diverse interests and needs of the residents. This may include organizing group exercises, arts and crafts sessions, music therapy, outings, and other recreational pursuits. You will also be responsible for monitoring the residents' participation and engagement, and adjusting the program as needed to ensure maximum benefit.
