Job summary

The Activities Co-Ordinator role at Aria Healthcare in Norwich involves planning and coordinating engaging activities for the residents of the 71-bed nursing, dementia, and residential care home. Main duties of the job

As the Activities Co-Ordinator, you will be responsible for creating and implementing a diverse range of activities that cater to the diverse needs and interests of the residents. This includes organizing group activities, one-on-one sessions, and outings to keep the residents engaged, stimulated, and socially connected. You will need to have strong planning and communication skills to collaborate with the wider care team and ensure that the activities align with the residents' care plans. The role also involves monitoring and evaluating the impact of the activities on the residents' well-being and adjusting the program accordingly.
