Aria Healthcare is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head Housekeeper to join their team at their 53-bedded nursing, dementia, and residential home in Kincardine-on-Forth, Fife. The successful candidate will lead a team of housekeeping staff to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene for the residents, creating a warm and welcoming environment.

Main duties of the job

As the Head Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and infection prevention control throughout the home. You will lead a team of housekeeping staff to ensure the home is kept clean, tidy, and welcoming for the residents. The role involves overseeing the daily cleaning tasks, managing the housekeeping team, and ensuring that all areas of the home meet the required standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
