Job summary
The role of Sous Chef at Aria Healthcare in Nuneaton, Warwickshire is a full-time position responsible for creating fresh, nutritious meals for the residents of the 60-bed Residential, Dementia and Palliative Care Home. Main duties of the job
As the Sous Chef, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in the preparation and presentation of meals for the residents of the care home. You will be expected to have experience in the IDDSI framework and a passion for using fresh, high-quality ingredients to create delicious and nutritious meals. The role involves working 40 hours per week, with alternative weekends required, and the shifts are during the day (7am - 6pm) with no evenings. The successful candidate will receive a comprehensive induction and the opportunity to mentor and develop the team through the in-house Chef Academy.
