Aria Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and experienced Senior Care Assistant to join their dedicated team, providing leadership and support to both residents and staff.
Main duties of the job
As a Senior Care Assistant at Aria Healthcare's Hillview Court facility, you will play a crucial role in delivering person-centered care and support to residents with a range of complex needs, including learning disabilities and dementia. In this position, you will be responsible for providing hands-on care, supervising and mentoring junior staff, and promoting a positive and inclusive environment. You will also contribute to the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring that residents' physical, emotional, and social needs are met. The successful candidate will have an SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care and a passion for making a difference in the lives of the individuals they support.
