The Magna Care Centre in Wimborne is a 69-bedded Residential, Dementia Care and Nursing Home with a 'Good' CQC rating and a 9.9 rating on Carehome.co.uk. Aria Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Senior Care Assistant to support both residents and staff in their everyday lives, taking on a leadership role and encouraging development and growth within the team.
Main duties of the job
The Senior Care Assistant will work part-time (24 hours per week) on day shifts (8am-8pm), working alternate weekends. The role involves providing compassionate care to residents, taking on a leadership position, and promoting the growth and development of the care team. The successful candidate must hold an NVQ 3 qualification.
