Job summary
Aria Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Senior Care Assistant to support both residents and staff at their 49-bed Residential, Dementia and Nursing Home in Lewes. The role offers part-time hours of 24 per week, with day shifts from 8am to 8pm, working alternate weekends. The successful candidate will play a leadership role, encouraging development and growth within the team.
Main duties of the job
As a Senior Care Assistant at Aria Healthcare, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to the residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. You will assist with daily living activities, medication administration, and record-keeping. Additionally, you will take on a leadership role, mentoring and supporting the care team, and contributing to the overall well-being of the home.
