Job summary
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced housekeeper to join the team at Walstead Place, a 41-bed residential care home in Lindfield, Haywards Heath. The home has a 'Good' CQC rating and is highly rated by residents and their families. As a housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and infection prevention control throughout the home, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for the residents.
Main duties of the job
The housekeeper role involves working 20 hours per week, including weekdays and alternate weekends on a rota. You will be responsible for a range of cleaning duties, including vacuuming, dusting, and maintaining the high standards of cleanliness throughout the home. You will also assist with laundry tasks and help create a warm and inviting atmosphere for the residents. The successful candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
