We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Registered Home Manager to lead Chestnut View Care Home into its next exciting chapter. Person Specification

Qualifications

Essential

• You will need strong leadership experience in a similar role within the care sector, a passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care, and a confident, compassionate leadership style that thrives in a collaborative environment. You should also be a Registered Manager with a strong understanding of CQC standards and compliance.
