Job summary
This is a great opportunity for a passionate and fast-learning individual to join the kitchen team at Aria Healthcare, a 34-bed residential and dementia care home in Liss, Hampshire. The role of Kitchen Assistant involves working 27 hours per week, with shift times from 8:30 am to 6:30 pm, including every other weekend. The successful candidate will be part of a diverse and inclusive team, with opportunities for growth and development.
Main duties of the job
As a Kitchen Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and serving of meals for the residents of the care home. This includes tasks such as food preparation, cooking, serving, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. You should be a fast learner, have a passion for hospitality, and be able to work as part of a team.
