Job summary
The Activities Coordinator role at Aria Healthcare in St Peter, Jersey involves planning and facilitating a range of engaging activities and events to promote the health and wellbeing of the residents at the 41-bedded Residential, Nursing & Dementia care Home. Main duties of the job
As the Activities Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating and implementing a diverse programme of activities and events that cater to the varying interests and abilities of the residents. This may include organising social, recreational, and therapeutic activities such as arts and crafts, music, games, outings, and reminiscence sessions. You will work closely with the residents, their families, and the wider care team to ensure that each individual's needs and preferences are met. The role requires strong interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as a genuine passion for improving the quality of life for the residents.
