Main duties of the job
As a senior care assistant at Walstead Place, you will be responsible for providing compassionate and high-quality care to residents. You will also take on a leadership role, mentoring and encouraging the development of your team. The role is available as a full-time position (48 hours per week on nights with alternate weekends) or a part-time position (30 hours per week on day shifts with alternate weekends).
