Job summary

The role of an Activities Co-ordinator at Coppice Lea, a 42-bedded Nursing, Dementia & Residential care Home, is to ensure that every resident is making the most of every day. The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal and preparation abilities to deliver activities and ideas that bring out the best in the residents.

Main duties of the job

The key responsibilities of the Activities Co-ordinator include planning and implementing a range of engaging activities and events that cater to the diverse interests and needs of the residents. This may involve organizing group activities, one-on-one interactions, and outings to promote the overall well-being and quality of life for the residents.
