Job summary

The job opportunity is for a Sous Chef position at Frethey House, a 41-bed Residential & Nursing Home in Taunton, Somerset. The home has a CQC rating of 'Good' and is highly rated on Carehome.co.uk. Main duties of the job

The Sous Chef will be responsible for supporting the Head Chef, leading by example, and showcasing their creative flair to provide high-level hospitality. The role consists of straight shifts with no evenings, and the successful candidate will receive a fully supported induction to develop their technical skills in healthcare catering. There will also be an opportunity to mentor the team and progress within the Chef academy.
