Main duties of the job
As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to the residents of Miranda House. This will involve assisting with daily living activities, monitoring and reporting on the residents' health and wellbeing, and supporting the care team to ensure the smooth running of the home. You will be expected to take on a leadership role, mentoring and developing the care team, and ensuring that the home's policies and procedures are followed.
