Job summary
The Head Chef role at Aria Healthcare's 53-bedded nursing, dementia, and residential home in Kincardine-on-Forth, Fife offers a unique opportunity for a highly skilled and passionate chef to create fresh, nutritious meals for the residents. The successful candidate will lead by example, mentor their team, and showcase their creative flair in high-level hospitality. The role involves straight shifts with no evenings, and the candidate will receive a fully supported induction and the chance to mentor teams in the company's Chef academy.
Main duties of the job
As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for creating fresh, nutritious meals for the residents using the best ingredients available. You will lead by example, mentor your team, and showcase your creative flair to deliver high-level hospitality. The role consists of straight shifts with no evenings, and you will receive a fully supported induction showcasing the technical skills required in healthcare, as well as the opportunity to mentor our teams to progress in our own Chef academy.
