Job summary

Main duties of the job

As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to the residents of Aria Healthcare. Your duties will include assisting with daily living activities, monitoring and reporting on the residents' well-being, and collaborating with the wider care team to ensure the best possible outcomes for the individuals in your care. You will also be expected to take on a leadership role, mentoring and supporting junior members of the team to promote their professional development.

A relevant care qualification, such as an NVQ or diploma in Health and Social Care, would be highly desirable. Additionally, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a compassionate and empathetic nature, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
