Main duties of the job

As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring the preparation and delivery of high-quality meals for the residents. This includes menu planning, budgeting, and managing a team of kitchen staff. You will have the opportunity to showcase your culinary skills and create innovative dishes that cater to the diverse dietary needs of the residents. About the role 

  • Head Chef
  • 40 Hours per week including alternate weekends 
  • £16.00 per hour
  • NVQ 2 required but NVQ 3 preferred
  • Food safety Level 3 desirable (However training can be provided)
