Main duties of the job
As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting and supporting both residents and staff in their everyday lives. This includes providing personal care, administering medication, and ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all residents. You will also take on a leadership role, encouraging the development and growth of your team. The successful candidate must hold an NVQ 3 qualification and be compassionate, respectful, and have a growth mindset.
