Job summary

This role is for a compassionate Senior Care Assistant to support both residents and staff in their everyday lives. The successful candidate will be someone who enjoys taking a leadership role and encouraging development and growth within their team.

Main duties of the job

As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to the residents of the 50-bedded Residential & Dementia care home. You will work alongside the care team to ensure the residents' needs are met, and you will also play a role in mentoring and developing the junior members of the team. The home has a 'Good' CQC rating and is highly rated by residents and their families.
