Main duties of the job
As a Sous Chef at Aria Healthcare, you will be responsible for preparing and delivering high-quality, nutritious meals for the residents. You will work closely with the Head Chef to manage the kitchen team, ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met, and develop innovative menu items that cater to the diverse dietary needs of the residents. The role offers a fully supported induction, where you will have the opportunity to develop your technical skills in healthcare catering and mentor the team to progress through the Chef academy.
