Job summary
This is a role for a compassionate care assistant to support residents in their everyday lives at Frethey House, a 41-bed residential and nursing home in Taunton, Somerset. The home has a CQC rating of 'Good' and is highly rated on Carehome.co.uk. The successful candidate will work a rotation of day and night shifts, including alternate weekends, and will be offered a range of benefits by Aria Care.
Main duties of the job
As a Care Assistant at Frethey House, you will be responsible for providing compassionate and high-quality care to the residents, supporting them in their daily activities and ensuring their wellbeing. This includes assisting with personal care, medication administration, and facilitating social and recreational activities.
