Main duties of the job
As a Care Assistant, your primary duties will include assisting residents with personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as supporting them with daily tasks and activities. You will also be responsible for monitoring the residents' physical and emotional well-being, and reporting any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals. The role requires a flexible schedule, with full-time hours of 48 per week, including day and night shifts, as well as alternate weekends.
