Job summary
  Aria Care is seeking a compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join their team at Kingsclear Nursing Home in Camberley, Surrey. The role involves providing high-quality care and support to residents in a 97-bedded residential, nursing, and dementia care home. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to take on a leadership role and contribute to the development and growth of the care team.
  Main duties of the job
  As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting residents with their daily living activities, such as personal care, medication management, and social engagement. You will also be expected to provide guidance and support to the care team, helping to ensure that the home maintains its 'Good' CQC rating and high level of customer satisfaction. The role requires an empathetic, respectful, and growth-oriented individual who is committed to delivering excellent care.
