Job summary
Aria Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Senior Care Assistant to support both residents and staff in their everyday lives at the Magna Care Centre in Wimborne. Main duties of the job
As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to the residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. You will work closely with the care team to promote the well-being and independence of the residents. The role also involves taking on a leadership position, encouraging development and growth within the team. You will be expected to work 24 hours per week, with day shifts from 8am to 8pm and alternating weekends.
