Job summary
Aria Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Senior Care Assistant to support both residents and staff at their 41-bed residential care home in Walstead, Haywards Heath. This is a permanent, full-time role working 48 hours per week, including nights and alternate weekends. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support, while also leading and developing the care team.
Main duties of the job
As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day care of residents, including personal care, medication administration, and supporting with daily activities. You will also take on a leadership role, providing guidance and support to the care team, and contributing to the overall delivery of exceptional care. The ideal candidate will be empathetic, respectful, and have a growth mindset, with a passion for making a positive difference in the lives of older adults.
