This is a Deputy Manager role at Dormy House, a highly-rated 88-bed residential, nursing, dementia, and palliative care home in Sunningdale, Berkshire. Main duties of the job
The Deputy Manager role at Dormy House involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of the 88-bed care home, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care to the residents. The successful candidate will have a clinical background and an NMC pin, and will be responsible for leading and managing the nursing and care teams, as well as contributing to the overall strategic direction of the home. They will be expected to work 40 hours per week, including every other weekend or as required.
