Main duties of the job
As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing personalized, compassionate care to the residents, assisting them with their daily living activities, and supporting their physical, emotional, and social wellbeing. You will work as part of a dedicated and experienced team, following care plans to ensure the residents' needs are met. The role involves a rotation of day and night shifts, including alternate weekends.
