Job summary

This is a senior care assistant role at Ferfoot Care Home, a 52-bed residential and dementia care home in Chippenham, Wiltshire. Main duties of the job

As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to residents, while also leading and mentoring a team of care assistants. Your duties will include assisting with personal care, medication administration, and creating a comfortable and engaging environment for the residents. You will also be required to work alternate weekends and rotate between day and night shifts.
