Job summary
The role of Activities Coordinator at Aria Healthcare's 45-bedded residential, dementia, and nursing home in Chipping Campden, Gloucestershire. Main duties of the job
As the Activities Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating and implementing a comprehensive program of activities and events that cater to the diverse interests and needs of the residents. This will involve planning and organising a range of activities, such as arts and crafts, music, games, outings, and educational workshops. You will also be required to work closely with the residents, their families, and the wider care team to ensure that the activities are tailored to individual preferences and abilities. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, as well as a genuine passion for promoting the wellbeing and quality of life of older adults.
