Job summary

The Site Maintenance Officer will be responsible for managing health and safety at the 41-bedded residential care home, undertaking remedial work, and liaising with external contractors on work beyond the scope of general repair and maintenance. This is a full-time, permanent role requiring alternate weekend work.

Main duties of the job

The successful candidate will be a caring, self-motivated individual with good practical maintenance experience and excellent communication skills. They will be responsible for ensuring the home's health and safety, carrying out remedial work, and coordinating with external contractors for more complex tasks.
