This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered Home Manager to join a dedicated and compassionate care team at Coppice Lea Care Home in Merstham, Surrey. As the new Home Manager, you will lead and inspire a team to deliver outstanding, person-centred care, fostering a culture of empathy, respect, and continuous improvement.
