Job summary
  The Clinical Deputy Manager role at Galsworthy House, a 72-bed residential, nursing, and specialist dementia care home in Kingston upon Thames, offers an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse to take on a leadership position. The home has a 'Good' CQC rating and is highly rated by residents and their families. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Clinical Manager in managing the clinical team, ensuring high-quality, person-centered care, and enhancing the well-being of the residents.
  Main duties of the job
  As the Clinical Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Clinical Manager in the day-to-day management of the clinical team, ensuring that residents receive excellent quality of care. This will involve leading and mentoring the nursing staff, maintaining clinical standards, and promoting a positive, caring, and professional environment. You will be an effective communicator, able to build strong relationships with residents, their families, and the multidisciplinary team. The role also requires you to work collaboratively with the wider management team to ensure the smooth running of the home.
