Job summary

The role of Clinical Lead at Kingsclear Nursing Home in Camberley, Surrey is an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse with strong leadership and clinical expertise. Main duties of the job

As the Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of nurses and care staff, ensuring the delivery of excellent quality, person-centred care to the residents. You will be an effective communicator, able to build strong relationships with residents, their families, and the multidisciplinary team. Your clinical experience and leadership skills will be crucial in driving continuous improvement and enhancing the overall wellbeing of the residents.
