Job summary

Aria Care is looking for a highly skilled Regional Support Chef to join their team and help deliver exceptional hospitality across their care home services. As a key member of the Hospitality Team, the Regional Support Chef will play a vital role in supporting and mentoring chefs within their assigned region, leading by example and helping to identify areas for improvement, close service gaps, and uphold the highest standards in food quality, safety, and presentation.

Main duties of the job

The Regional Support Chef will be responsible for championing and implementing Aria Care's Hospitality from The Heart Strategy across their region, providing hands-on support and mentorship to kitchen teams to foster continuous improvement. They will ensure kitchens operate smoothly and in line with internal policies and external standards, conduct internal audits, and support the implementation of recommendations. The successful candidate will deliver consistently high-quality catering services that enhance the lives of the residents.
