Job summary
Aria Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled Sous Chef to join their team at Dormy House, a 88-bedded Residential, Nursing, Dementia and Palliative Care Home in Sunningdale, Berkshire. The home is rated 9.2 on Carehome.co.uk, and the Sous Chef will be responsible for creating fresh, nutritious meals for the residents using the best ingredients available.
Main duties of the job
The Sous Chef will work alongside the Head Chef, leading by example and showcasing their creative flair to deliver high-level hospitality. The role involves straight shifts with no evenings, and the successful candidate will receive a fully supported induction to learn the technical skills required in healthcare. There will also be an opportunity to mentor the team and progress within the Chef academy.
