Job summary

Aria Care is seeking a Senior HR Advisor to join their growing HR team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a crucial role in supporting the organization's commitment to ensuring the highest standards of care and support for their residents and colleagues across the UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering comprehensive, expert advice and guidance to managers across the organization.

Main duties of the job

The Senior HR Advisor will be responsible for supporting Home and Regional Managers with any HR/ER queries, working collaboratively with the HR Business Partners and Head of HR. They will build and maintain excellent professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders, delivering high-quality advice and guidance with a customer-centric approach. The role offers the opportunity to travel the country, visiting and supporting the organization's homes, with occasional overnight stays required.

We are currently seeking an HR Advisor to become part of our HR Team following company expansion, which consists of HR Business Partners, HR Advisors, HR Assistants and Immigration Assistants.  Together, we're shaping the future of our industry, and we want you to be a part of it. You will play a crucial role in upholding our commitment to ensuring the highest standards of Care and support for our residents and colleagues across the UK. 

Responsible for delivering comprehensive, expert advice and guidance to managers across the organisation in a coaching style. You will primarily be supporting Home and Regional Managers with any HR/ER queries that they have alongside the HR Business Partners and Head of HR in a proactive manner.

You will build and maintain excellent professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders whilst delivering excellent high standards of advice and guidance to Aria Care Group with a customer centric approach.

You will ideally be qualified to CIPD 5 and have experience of working in a fast paced, multisite, high volume HR support position. This role offers the exciting opportunity to travel the country visiting and supporting our homes, staying away from home will occasionally be required with visits to homes 1-2 times per month.
