The Clinical Deputy Manager role at Holmwood Care Centre in Kidderminster is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, caring, and ambitious nurse to take on a leadership position. Main duties of the job
As the Clinical Deputy Manager, you will work closely with the Clinical Manager to provide clinical leadership and support to the nursing team. Your responsibilities will include supervising and mentoring staff, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and driving continuous improvement in the quality of care. You will also be involved in clinical assessments, care planning, and liaising with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals.
