The role of Activities Co-ordinator at Aria Healthcare's L'Hermitage care home in St Peter, Jersey involves planning and delivering a range of engaging activities and events to enhance the well-being and quality of life for the 41 residents. Main duties of the job
As the Activities Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a diverse activity program that caters to the diverse interests and needs of the residents. This includes organizing group activities, one-on-one sessions, outings, and special events. You will work closely with the care team to understand the residents' preferences and tailor the activities accordingly. The role also involves record-keeping, budgeting, and collaborating with external partners to provide enriching experiences for the residents.
