The home has a CQC rating of 'Good' and is highly rated by residents and their families. Main duties of the job
The Senior Care Assistant role involves providing compassionate care and support to the residents of Miranda House. You will be responsible for assisting with daily living activities, monitoring residents' well-being, and ensuring a high standard of care. Additionally, you will take on a leadership role, mentoring and supporting junior care staff in their professional development.
