Main duties of the job
The Head Housekeeper will be responsible for leading a team of housekeeping staff to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the 34-bedded Residential & Dementia Care Home. This includes ensuring that all areas of the home are kept clean, well-presented, and free from infection. The successful candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, as well as a keen eye for detail and a commitment to providing a clean and welcoming environment for the residents.
